Polyurethane Conveyor Roller
Blue PU covered conveyor rollers that run quiet and outlast bare steel. Durable polyurethane surface, quality ball bearings and a strong steel shaft — custom made to your frame, OEM orders welcome.
A bare steel roller announces every package it touches. The PU cover does the opposite: it cushions the drop, damps the rattle and keeps the line civilized — which is why polyurethane rollers are the default wherever conveyors run inside warehouses, supermarkets or production floors with people next to them.
The cover is only half the story. Every roller runs on quality ball bearings pressed into machined housings, on a strong steel shaft that will not bend under daily loading. The PU itself is wear resistant, so the roller keeps its diameter and its grip long after a bare steel tube would have worn thin and noisy. Standard blue, other colours and full custom sizes on request — OEM drawings welcome.
Product Overview
Cast polyurethane covered conveyor rollers on steel shafts with quality ball bearings. The PU surface takes the knocks of daily carton and tote traffic without denting or delaminating, and its natural damping keeps lines noticeably quieter than bare steel — an easy upgrade for older frames.

What the Cover Changes on the Line
Quiet Enough to Talk Over
The PU layer absorbs the impact of every carton drop and dampens roller rattle. Lines run at conversation level instead of filling the hall with steel-on-steel noise.
Outlasts Bare Steel
Wear resistant polyurethane keeps its diameter and grip under daily traffic, so the line keeps its speed and tracking long after a bare tube would have gone thin and slack.
Gentle on the Goods
Cartons, totes and finished surfaces meet a resilient cover instead of raw steel — fewer scuffs, fewer rejected packages, less repacking at the end of the line.
Rollers That Arrive Ready to Fit
Rollers are wrapped individually and packed in export wooden cases — durable, secure, fast to unload at your dock. The cover faces are protected in transit so the rollers go from case to frame without cleaning or touching up.
Standard and custom sizes ship worldwide. Send your frame dimensions and quantity and we will confirm packing and lead time with the quotation.

PU Conveyor Roller Questions
Why choose PU covered rollers instead of bare steel?
Noise, wear and product handling. The PU cover quiets the line, resists wear far better than a bare tube, and cushions the packages. For outdoor or purely structural positions, bare or galvanized steel can still be the right call — tell us the environment and we will advise.
Is blue the only colour?
Blue is the standard and what most warehouses specify. Other colours are available on request — useful for colour-coding zones or matching your equipment. Send the colour requirement with the RFQ.
Do you make OEM sizes?
Yes — custom made is the normal way we ship. Send a drawing, or simply the worn roller and the frame width, and we will match the diameter, length, bearings and shaft ends.
How are the rollers packed for shipping?
Individually wrapped and packed in export wooden cases, as shown above. The packaging protects the cover faces and bearings in transit, so rollers are ready to drop into the frame on arrival.
