Conveyor rollers are bought by the hundred, so consistency matters more than any single specification. Diameter tolerance and bearing fit decide whether the line runs quiet or rattles.
We manufacture to the line builder’s drawing, including end fittings, spring-loaded shafts and lagged surfaces for incline sections.

Conveyor Roller Questions
Can you supply rollers to our line builder’s drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with tube diameter, wall thickness, face length, shaft details and bearing type. We manufacture to that drawing rather than to a catalogue size.
What is the difference between gravity and driven rollers?
Gravity rollers free-run on bearings and rely on slope. Driven rollers are powered by belt or chain and need a lagged or knurled surface for traction. Tell us which section the roller sits in.
Do you supply small quantities?
Yes, from single pieces for maintenance up to production volumes. Mixed sizes in one order are accepted.
Send the Drawing or the Worn Roller
Email your drawing, the machine model, or photos of the roller you need replaced. You will get a material proposal, a price and a lead time.
