A gravity conveyor is only as good as its cheapest component: one seized roller and the cart stops dead. We build idlers that roll free for years, with bearings sealed against dust.
Tube, spindle and bearing are specified around your load per roller and the frame pitch — quoted per drawing rather than guessed. The same applies to our mining idlers: coal and ore conveyor rollers are built with labyrinth seals and dust protected bearings for pit duty.
What We Build
Diameters, lengths and tolerances are quoted per drawing — built around the load and the machine, not the other way round.
| Item | What we build |
|---|---|
| Tube | Steel, galvanized or stainless; other finishes quoted |
| Spindle | Spring-loaded, hex or round, stepped to your frame |
| Bearings | Sealed precision bearings, dust protected |
| Roller face | Plain, grooved or tapered for curves |
| Dimensions | Diameter, face length and axis length quoted per drawing |
