About SENC
SENC is the industrial roller brand of HengShui Senchuang Technology Co., Ltd. — a manufacturer, not a trading company. Every roller we sell is produced in our own workshop in Hengshui, Hebei Province.
What we do
We manufacture custom rollers for printing, packaging, film converting, paper, textile and conveying equipment. That covers rubber covered rollers, printing press rollers, bare and chrome plated steel rollers, silicone rollers, cast polyurethane rollers and conveyor components.
Most of what we ship is not a catalogue item. It is a roller drawn by a maintenance engineer, measured from a worn part, or specified by a machine builder. That is the part of the work we are set up for: short runs, unusual dimensions, and compounds chosen for the application rather than the price list.
How we work
An engineer reviews every drawing before a price is issued. If a dimension cannot be held, or a compound will not survive the application, you hear it at quotation stage — not after delivery. Tolerances, hardness and surface finish are agreed in writing, then checked against that agreement before packing.
The factory
Our workshop covers 5,000 m² and runs covering, vulcanising, grinding and inspection in house. Cores are machined on site, which means we control the interface between core and cover — the joint that decides whether a roller fails early or runs for years.
What the Workshop Can Do
Core Machining
New cores in carbon steel, stainless or aluminium, machined to drawing with journals and keyways.
Covering & Vulcanising
Hot vulcanised bonding, not adhesive. Cover thickness from 3 mm upward depending on core.
Precision Grinding
Ground finish with runout measured on centres, tightened on request after engineering review.
Inspection
Durometer hardness per batch, dimensional check, visual bond inspection, dynamic balancing.
Registered Information
Customers and Markets
Printers and press maintenance companies, packaging converters, film and foil producers, machine builders, and maintenance departments in paper, textile and logistics operations.
Our main export markets are the United States, Canada and Australia, alongside long-standing customers in Europe. We ship single rollers for maintenance as readily as production quantities — the process is identical.
Talk to the Workshop, Not a Sales Desk
Send a drawing or ask a technical question. You will get an answer from the person who reads the drawing.
