Industrial Roller Products
Eight product families, all manufactured in our own workshop in Hengshui. Each category page lists the compounds, hardness ranges and dimensional limits we can hold — not a generic catalogue.
Choose the Roller Family
If you know the application but not the material, start from the application pages instead — or send the drawing and we will recommend a compound.

We ask the same three things on every enquiry. Answer them and the specification writes itself.
1. What does it touch?
Ink, film, paper, textile or hot melt. The contact media decides the compound before anything else.
2. How hard must it press?
Nip pressure and line speed set the hardness. Too soft and the nip widens; too hard and the web marks.
3. What kills the old one?
Hardening, glazing, blistering, edge wear. The failure mode tells us which material to change.
