Stainless Steel & Galvanized Conveyor Rollers
Galvanized and stainless steel (304) gravity rollers for parcel lines, warehousing and assembly conveyor. Tube Ø38 / 50 / 60 mm standard, custom diameters for special applications; lengths 100–1500 mm, up to 200 kg per roller — with round-pin, threaded or internally threaded shaft ends.
The workhorse of every gravity conveyor. Most warehouse and parcel lines do not need a heavy welded roller — they need a light roller that runs true, drops into the frame and keeps spinning after a million packages. That is exactly what this range is built for.
Tubes come in stainless steel 304 for washdown and corrosive environments, or galvanized steel where cost matters and the atmosphere is dry. Every roller runs on sealed 6204 or 6205 ball bearings, and the shaft end is matched to your frame: round pin for standard drop-in fit, male thread for adjustment, or female thread for flush mounting.
Product Overview
Precision gravity rollers with smooth-polished tube surface and stable pressed end housings. Stainless 304 construction resists rust in wet or washdown areas; the galvanized version keeps budget lines profitable. Custom lengths and shaft ends are made to your frame drawing — no need to redesign the conveyor around a stock list.

Three Ways to Drop Into Your Frame
Round Pin
The standard for gravity conveyor frames with slotted or drilled holes. Fastest to fit and replace — pull the old roller, drop in the new one.
Male Thread
Threaded shaft ends for adjustable fixing — used where the roller is tensioned or the frame tolerance needs taking up.
Female Thread
Internal thread for flush, bolt-in mounting where nothing may stick out past the frame — common on modular and clean-faced conveyors.
Where These Rollers Are Used
- Warehouse gravity conveyor and pick modules
- Parcel and carton sorting lines
- Manufacturing and assembly conveyor
- Logistics and distribution centres
- Washdown and food-adjacent areas (stainless 304 tubes)
- Conveyor retrofits and spare-part replenishment
Stainless & Galvanized Roller Questions
Galvanized or stainless steel — which one do I need?
Galvanized covers most dry indoor lines at a lower cost. Choose stainless 304 for washdown, humid or corrosive areas, or wherever the roller gets wet regularly. If the line sits near chemicals or salt air, go stainless.
What does 200 kg per roller mean for my conveyor?
Divide the total load on a section by the number of rollers under it — with three rollers under a carton, each carries about a third. Keep the per-roller load inside the rating with margin and the bearings will last their full design life.
Can you match my existing frame?
Yes. Send the inner frame width, the tube diameter you are replacing and the shaft end type (round pin, male or female thread). We make the rollers to those dimensions so they drop straight in.
Ø38, 50 or 60 mm — how do I pick the diameter?
Ø50 is the everyday choice for cartons and totes. Ø38 suits light parcels and tight curves where the roller pitch must be close. Ø60 takes the heavier end of the range and handles small transitions between frame sections better. Diameters outside these three standards are custom made for special applications — send the load and the duty, and we specify the tube.
Send Your Frame Sizes
Email the inner frame width, tube diameter and shaft end type — or a photo of the roller you are replacing. You will get a matching proposal, a price and a lead time.
